MELROSE PLACE

​​Home to the first Alfreds Coffee and Alfreds Tea Room. Since opening on Melrose Place in 2013, Alfred has made waves with sleek decors, killer customer service, and innovative coffee and tea drinks.

Melrose Place is one of L.A.’s most famous streets, featuring a myriad of shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. Famous boutique stores include like Zimmerman, Chloe, and Balmain.

Along its avenue, Melrose place is all about strolling and shopping its world famous boutiques and grabbing a small bite at Croft Alley or a coffee at Alfreds. This is what we call Beverly Hills meets West Hollywood. Melrose place also features a Farmer’s Market every Sunday.

 

CEDARS SINAI MEDICAL CENTER

Close proximity to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. THE METRO

METRO PURPLE (D LINE) - EXTENSION TRANSIT PROGRAM 

Metro has a plan to make it easier to get around by expanding the rail system to the Westside with the Purple (D Line) Extension Transit Project. This critical, highly anticipated new addition to Metro’s network will add seven new stations and a reliable, high-speed connection between downtown and the Westside. The new line will go through West Hollywood on Wilshire Blvd. and will bring an influx of potential tenants and renters who rely on public transportation.
